Unfortunately, it happens that some of our suppliers have done wrong. We try to make sure all our products as thoroughly as possible before sending them on to our customers. Sometimes even we make mistakes.
If you wish to complain about a product that you have purchased with us at Skärhamns Båtcentrum we ask you to send an email to the address firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to fill out all the fields correctly. If the damage is visible, we would appreciate if you could take a photograph with a mobile phone or digital camera and send. This means that we can handle the matter significantly faster in our contact with the manufacturer of the goods.
